The PERKS Conventions are chock full of information that helps employers connect with their peers. The icing on the cake, it’s FUN! Don’t know what PERKS are all about? In a nutshell, it’s a growing team of operators and employee experience professionals who are on a mission to help employer’s rethink the way they think about work! So what is PERKS CON? It’s the Employee Experience Expo “designed to create highly-relevant, actionable, and immersive experiences for professionals focused on people and those who serve them.”
AdVenture Games Team at #PERKSCON!
This year, the AdVenture Games team set up a booth at two of this year’s conventions — we were there April 18, 2019, in New York and on May 2nd, 2019 we were in Boston. We’ve already got plans for the next PERKS events on September 11, 2019, at Magic Box in LA and October 3rd, 2019, at The Geraghty. So, did we have fun? You bet! Did we learn, oh yea! Here’s a sneak peek at our experiences at PERKS CON 2019! Of course, the best way to really get a feel for PERKS CON is to go to the event. So, register online. Registering is a breeze, and once you’re at the convention, get ready to immerse yourself to the most innovative services available to employers, for their employees.
First stop: #PERKSNYC19 in New York City!
We arrived in Manhattan. We set up our booth so we could let attendees know about all the great Perks available from our crafted AdVenture Games team building activities. Of course, we were also able to immerse ourselves in the experience too. We got to connect with people and experience the best services, benefits, and products available for employee experience. The convention offered everything we need to upscale our business. Attendees included some of the best decision-makers in the industry, and they were able to help us make the right decisions for the future of AdVenture Games. At PERKS, we experienced a great collaboration between vendors and buyers.
Second stop: #PERKSBOS19 in Boston!
Boston was a ton of fun! Over 1,000 attendees, ranging from Wayfair to adidas, ADP, Life is Good and many more. We had a booth set up and joined alongside other Perks exhibitors such as Grubhub, Fidelity, Rocket Lawyer, Fresh Benies, Peerfit, UBER, and tons more! Attendees were able to dive into the full expo experience. I mean, over 100 different booths were offering a variety of Perks, so there was plenty of good stuff to take in. Plus, we got to get our fitness on with VIP experiences in fitness. Some of the team took part in meditation, to soothe the spirit and go with the flow. Of course, there was a smorgasbord of workshops available, each with something unique to offer employers to use towards creating a better, more positive work experience for employees.

There really is something for everyone at the PERKS conventions, and we look forward to seeing everyone at the next PERKS event, #PERKSLA19! We’re very excited about this upcoming event.
